Today I was searching for something on Fi money app and I found that my account type is showing regular and now I have to maintain ₹5000 rupees in my account. With few other charges like debit card and anual maintenance charges ( ₹299 + gst )
If my average monthly balance is under ₹5000 then they will charge upto ₹200 / month fee.
So I decided to confirm from their customer care, they told me that they have updated the account type from their side, so I asked him about the closure procedure, he told me some ₹232 is pending, and I have to pay that.
I asked him why? He told me that maybe it is some kind of maintenance charges.
