Finally got Airtel axis credit card.

So after a long chivalrous battle with axis I finally got Airtel axis cc.
Although it's chargeable but that will be recovered in two months.
I got it through offline route after a mail to Amitabh Chaudhary and a lot of bambooing axis cs.
Please tell us how, because my wife applied for the same and her application is pending for 16 days.
What is the email of Amitabh Chaudhary please

No benefit in waiting I was doing the same. If you have a savings account with them or any prior relationship you can just mail them citing that and most probably they will send someone for offline kyc.
Otherwise you can apply from different numbers.

Axis customer care is pathetic, my original request through Airtel app was rejected, i got it offline after many months but is is not linked to the airtel app. In the app when i click on the airtel axis card link it shows my old application which was rejected as "under process". There is no update on the app. How do i update the new card in the app?

Why do you want to link it in the Airtel app?
You just have to spend on Airtel app nothing else you can save the card there and can just use it the cashback will be credited into your cc statement so I don't see any point in binding it to Airtel account.
