First flagship phone.. Samsung or apple?

I saw some of the threads regarding the same on the forum.
I am fresher and was using a budget Redmi phone but now I want to switch to a new phone. I am very much confused between the S24 Ultra and iPhone of similar price. Never bought or used a flagship so this makes me more confused before buying.
I need help in selecting.

S23u for more than 2 years... Love it love it... Love it

Best phone imo.. Plus s24u has i think 7 years update promise too...i don't want to upgrade or change my phone now ever

Before anyone thinks this must be my first expensive phone... Have plenty of experience with flagships and my wife used to be an apple user 🤢🤮 for years before she saw the light

if you lock out into yourself into apple ecosystem go for iphone. or else their is no reason to go for apple.
