First Name Middle Name Last Name Query

Hi friends,

I have a query related to First name, Middle Name and Last name on my Pan card and bank accounts...

First Name Middle Name Surname
or
Surname Middle Name First Name


In My Pan card, it mentioned

B S K (Surname First Name Middle Name)

In all my banks and Aadhaar as below
S K B (First Name Middle Name Surname)

K is the middle name
B is my surname
S is my First name

So what the exact order..
I think my pan card name needs to be corrected.. how can i change it ?
