Fixed! Not able to open icici cc statement pdf

Hi guys,
I am not able to open the icici cc statement sent to my mail. It says pw is 1st 4 letter of my name followed by dob in ddmm format without any space. But this isn't working. I've also tried all type of variations.

I can see the transactions in imobile app. There is no extra charge and bill is paid before generation.

Problem is I need to share the cc statement in pdf with someone. I only have sapphiro cc with icici. No savings.

Is there any way to obtain statement which isn't pw protected? Tia.

App > Credit Card > Manage> Details

You can download the CC statement which comes without password protection

The same problem is with my Kotak credit card. Combination of first four letters of name and DOB doesn't work for me. I have to use CRN and DOB combination to open the attachment. My name and DOB are correct as per the bank records but still the problem persists.

There are some websites where you can unlock pdf without password

Or just call up the customer care to send you another copy

I saw that online too. But same option isn't available for me. May be cuz I only have cc.

Yeah I know. I've tried all variations also. I don't know what issue banks have with me.

Axis statement doesn't reach my mail also. atleast I can directly download if I want. But can't see any option in icici

True. But not keen on sharing financial info to any 3rd party site.

Fixed!

I was able to get it from internet banking.

1st generated user ID by using cc details and registered mobile no.

Got otp to create pw.

After login, chose credit card & loan in top menu

Clicked at last statement and then chose download details as pdf.
