Flip sbi card

Hello friends,

I have approved reliance sbi card.The agent told me that you could change your card into cashback card.So that only I applied for the reliance sbi card.

Can I able to change (or Flip) my sbi card into cashback sbi card?
Does Is it possible?

All verification was completed.
At final stage only cashback card was rejected.

After that only agent did like that.
I raised complaint to manager and customer care team.

They brain wash me to use reliance card.But I don't.

If you already activated this card then in my opinion don't close it, use it for 6 months and then apply for cashback. After approval then close this card.

If you not activated till now then you have choice.

This is very suspicious and shows the desperation of both the SBI and Reliance ...

Previously they do this scams at BPCL pumps, big bazaar and now they started at reliance stores.

Already faced these agents at reliance stores in past.

Already using bpcl card for 1yr
How to transfer this credit limit to bpcl?

Call 02239020202 and tell them to transfer whole limit to BPCL card. Listen carefully and confirm. If they deny, tell them to transfer whole limit except base limit (10k) for basic and (40k) for premium cards.
Then call again and repeat the step, the card will automatically gets closed.

okay, jokes aside...

Generally SBI CB card is not given easily... SBI treats this as premium card like their Aurum...
Please Try again after 3 or 6 months..

They gave you Relaince card because, they want to sell this card desperately..
It seems there are no takers for this Reliance cards.. they want you to spend on Relaince web site / app..
They are just desperate.. they just sold this card to you .. this has got nothing to do with your previous CB card application..
By citing your recent rejection, they must have created a new application for Reliance in the back ground.. and approved it for you and insisting you on using this.. by again telling lies saying that you can convert this card to CB card later...

If you dont want use Relaince card, then transfer the CL of Reliance card to your BPCL card and close the Reliance card..
and apply for CB card after 6 months ..

This is the best course of action for you right now...
