Nothing major if you are paying your bills on time I guess. Axis had long become useless like most other cards for rent pay. Education/Utility/Government charges, were waiting to happen, in fact its a surprise they didn't do it earlier, Axis should have been the first by their standards...

Already there were no reward points on utility payments right? What is the point of restricting to 25k. Is it to restrcit milestone benifits?
