Flipkart axis card rejected

I am already having 3 axis cc myzone, airtel axis and indianoil, I want to apply Flipkart axis cc, but my application rejected, suggest me which card to close and then I will reapply Flipkart axis card.

If you have 3 card and you want 4th
It's not possible since citi has been completely merged into axis
Earlier most citi user got 4th card and some got 4th with miracles

So kindly close any of 3 and DON'T apply seprate application for Flipkart
Just call and close the card then call again after few minutes and ask for Flipkart ( core card only - airtel and ace are exceptions) you will get card with single otp within seconds
Limits would be merged
No cibil hit .
