Flipkart axis CC for Insurance payment

Anyone knows if insurance payment made using Flipkart Axis CC will be considered for yearly fees waiver or is it excluded?

Or is there any other better way to pay insurance amount?

I made an insurance payment using Flipkart card and it was considered for Annual Spend based fee waiver but no Cashback was credited for this.

Was it worth paying the insurance via Axis Flipkart for the annual fee waiver?
Just call the CC and ask for fees reversal.
