Flipkart Axis CC limit Increase request

Hi,
I hold Flipkart Axis Credit Card with a limit of ₹ 20,000. I got this card in the last week of December 2021. I contacted customer care to increase my limit in Feb this year. They told me that to do that you need to have 6 months of statement generation. Now when my statement got generated I reached out to them and this is what they've told me.


Is this the right way to get the limit increased? As I do not see an option for the limit increase in the app or should I wait for it to show in the app only? By which way I could get more limit?

Your case is exactly same like me, I also got Flipkart Axis card in December 2021. 6th statement was generated on 15th of this month, but in my case they asked for 3 months Salary slips and only 1 month bank statement. I have given these documents on 17th and yet to get update whether request is approved or rejected.

Wait for the status request to get closed. Hopefully you would get enhancement if you have good CIBIL, salary and transactions with Axis

I don't have savings account with Axis but my CIBIL score is good (around 776). I have applied for LE to get Magnus as they want limit of 3L on existing Axis card to issue Magnus.

I guess there was but I'm not sure if it is from Axis as i applied for SBI card as well
