I tool black membership on feb 2025, it had validity for 12 months. But today Flipkart revoke my black membership and demote me as gold plus member.
I raise a complain for continuation of black membership , they told to wait for 12th November , for final resolution .
Q. What should I do now , for continuation of black membership?
Q. They still did not provide me any compensation for this revoke ( some people are telling they got refund for revokation of black membership)
Q. Suggest me mail id for complain and grievance redressal .
Q. If they deny to give me continuation of black member , can i purchase again?
