Flipkart claims to have refunded my money but I have not received it in my account

I was trying to order a laptop from Flipkart on the night of 10th June .
An amount of 53,990 was deducted from my account but seller didn't confirm the order and Flipkart said that the amount would be refunded.
Flipkart claims that amount has already been refunded by them on 12th of June but it's been 20 days and I have not received the refund .
I have been to bank and raised the complain thrice but Bank is not helping me anymore .
Please suggest me what can I do.

What bank is it?

Did you pay from a credit card (possibilities of a chargeback)

You can ask for transaction details from Flipkart and take them to your bank. If bank directly isn't helping, please raise it to grievance redressals of your bank.

And definitely don't wait for so many days. Longer you wait the more terrible it can get
 
The longer we wait, refund will be late. I would recommend you to reach out to grievence team via social media (fb/twitter) for faster response and resolution.
 
Same issue with me. For both Myntra & its parent company Flipkart. This whole company is running by looting customers. Amazon is far better.

Paid by Fi DC on Myntra on 10th June. Refund has to come in parts till 20th. But received only 1 part of it. Continuously contacting Fi & Myntra. Today finally registered complaint with Federal. Don't know what will happen.

Same with Flipkart. Refund initiated on 11th June. Should have been credited on Credit card by 16th June but haven't credited yet. Now registered complaint with Axis CC support. They'll take around one more month. Deadline is 120 freaking days.
