Anyone orders food from ITC using the app?

I have ordered few times and it looks like the delivery guy is cooking the food. Most of the time we had to throw away the food since it was so bad. Ironically the food costs thousands.

Yes have bought from the app a few times. Had a really bad experience at first but now I have learned to give them a call after placing the order. I have received decent food since then. However, the money and time spent on food is not worth at all.

if we order food via itc hotels app...does it accept payment via itc hotels vouchers?

I ordered cakes for my family members around 4 times and 1 out of those was good which was around 1k, basis that ordered 3 cakes which cost between 4k - 5k each, which were special cakes, and every time some shit got delivered. I thought the next one will be better by going the name and the image that was the lessons learned.

Yes the dine in quality much different than the delivery
