looks like idfc has blocked now vodafone idea merchant name completely .. tried paying mobile recharge via dc . but payment was rejected by bank

Having a problem for hsbc credit card successful payment. 93k has been deducted from bank, but not paid to the bank. Since i have done this as guest user, no transaction to track. But have a entry in bank account and sms.
Its been 27hours already.
What to do?

Today mine refund came for a failed transaction (HDFC credit Card) after 2 days .. I also raised a dispute today on the IDFC app for that transaction (1lac amount)
