Hey guys. I am thinking to start leasing properties and then sublet it on Airbnb, I just wanted to know what are the Mandatory formalities that needs to be done so that I don't get into any mess legally or getting into any beef with the actual owners. And also , has anyone here gotten into this business ? If so, how has it been so far for y'all? Is it profitable? Any copy of agreement you have with the owners that you can share here? Please help me out. Thanks in advance 🙂
