Fraudulent activity in card account .

Hi,
I have a SBI Cashback Card with DND Service activated. Even after DND activation, I am regularly getting calls to get transactions converted to emi. I deny every time. Today they tried to call me but couldn't connect due to network issues, so it showed to me as a missed call. After which I received a SMS that a transaction of 10,000 has been taken up for emi conversion as per my request. What should be the ideal way out to get the maximum benefit out of this shit?

As EMI conversions won’t get you 5% cashback, they seem to be forcing you toward EMI conversion, right? 🤣

They have converted to emi on their own and have informed me via sms.

Maybe try contacting customer service head and asking to NOT call for such things?

if you still received the communications after dnd i doubt it is actually in action.
As said above directly email CSH and ask for cancellation of emi and explanation for such call despite your claim of DND.
Call the cc right now for emi cancellation.
Sometimes back someone said if you pay all the amount due for the card then the emi will automatically cancel and no charges will be levied.
I give NO guarantee that it works. SBI he. Hdfc icici hota to me likh ke deta😛
