I too have issue does not work on existing eazydiner members plat chg gives complimentary yried amex support they sent link but does not work and I gave up

Yes. I tried using a visa card but it said card not supported for offer. Not sure amex issued cards only or any amex network cards will work.

Update :Got it thru gold charge card payment.

Mine is also expired but I tried rhe link at forst it came back to this same page however retried and it gave me 2 Rs plan and it worked and valid till 3 March 2026. Have to check on eazydiner app if it shows validity. Yes it shows validity until march 26 and also received 2k points.
