Yesterday, I noticed Zepto started operations in my area (They had distributed "No Parking" boards with their ad in various areas). Redeemed 3-month Zepto Pass voucher from Times Prime, and noticed they offered ₹100 balance as well. Redeemed it and paid just ₹5.90 extra as convenience fees.

Today, I noticed they credited another ₹125 extra. 💀

While their ₹99 free delivery threshold is nice and ₹5.9 convenience fees is okay too, but I find that most of the products sold on their platform have nil to miniscule discount. So, I don't plan to use their service often.

Zepto seems like such a mad**ch*d company.

Yesterday, they credited ₹125 Zepto Cash which was supposed to expire after one year:


But, today, when I opened the app, I noticed that the ₹125 Zepto Cash has vanished and shows as "Expired!" And what's even more surprising is that the expiry of that ₹125 Zepto Cash amount was changed to from 4 Nov 2025 to 6 Nov 2024!



Such a shitty company it is!
