Today i by mistake click on upgrade button and got this error

I am confused if my card is blocked or just an technical error as i haven't mis used it

Please help me in this regard and share correct information as on YouTube i was unable to find any video

Which card did you upgrade to? You should see the new upgraded card details in app/netbanking soon. The card should still be usable till the new card is activated.

By mistake click on upgrade option and got this error
I don't have any upgrade offer

Or you mean to say i will soon get upgrade offer from them

nothing to worry about this actually HDFC card upgrading server system keep in under maintenance always from 11:50 PM to approx 2:00 AM so if you try to click on upgrade button under net banking then it will give you that error func block so nothing to worry in this and you can ignore this, Your card will remain active

I think it means "Function Blocked" , which basically you are not allowed to upgrade.

It's nothing just overuse of that function will throw that pop-up.. or you aren't eligible for it. don't need to worry.
