Funny issue with Cred

I spent Rs. 10 on my HDFC Regalia card last month to keep it active. I had a positive balance of Re. 1 previously. So, current statement outstanding is Rs. 9.

I tried to pay the bill with Cred and it showed me an error message "HDFC bank does not accept payments below Rs. 100". I edited the payment amount to 100 and then it shows "Maximum payment allowed by HDFC Bank is Rs. 9"

Haha bill desk or NetBanking is your only option then! (Had no idea that 100 was the minimum to be paid via 3rd party apps!

May be for HDFC bank only, I have paid other bank bills of under Rs. 100 recently.

I paid 1 re 2 billing cycles ago as the bill was in paise but the O/S was rounded and I wanted to make sure I'm not charged anything for this 1 rupee. Used billdesk to pay!
