the card upgrade offer should be avaiable in your SBI Cards app.. then only you can get it... they provide this periodically to the targeted users

I think rupay variant is not available for simplyclick cc
Is it right @SSV ?
U can get other cards in rupay variant by applying from their website
Or
For some users they r giving pre approved offer for a rupay cc with split limit with existing card

yes, no rupay variant for SC but avialable for SS
