Getting error in replying to hdfc customer care email

I was trying to reply to email.receive from grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com
But suddenly a new email popped up from postmaster@hdfc that your message was blocked.

I have attached the ss pls help

I guess message size limit is upto 10mb as seen from screenshot attached.

It clearly states you are sending attachments bigger than 10 MB which is the limit here.
Lower down the resolution to reduce the size, if those are images.

They can take their time to reply back, maybe 1-2 days.

They do give a acknowledgement email to your reply within 24-48 hours and expected time for resolution.Also you get query refference number for your reference.
