GETTING ERROR ON APPLYING HDFC REGALIA FOREX CARD

Hi All,

Today I was applying for HDFC Regalia Forex Card via HDFC Net banking => Cards => Forex card

I filled in all the details correct still getting this error : Date of Birth or Passport File Number did not match. Enter details as mentioned in the passport. (highligted in the image in red)

What to do ? I checked thrice all details are correctly filled only

Just a note - Passport number is different than Passport File Number!
and hope the DOB is consistent across all places - Passport, existing HDFC Customer ID and Aadhar, etc.

Yes I checked it is correct matching only
