I have raised a online consumer complaint today morning. Flipkart have started issuing refunds for the undelivered Swiggy vouchers, so no discounts.
They have called regarding Myntra vouchers and have given the screenshots.
Technically, Flipkart is the Market place, it's the Seller Vouchergram/Gyftr that are unable to honor the sale.
The related agency governing e-commerce industry should do a good job in terms of regulating the sellers who do a bait and switch tactics like this and waste our time for more than a week. I have experienced similar thing a week ago where FK couldn't deliver a shipment originating and terminating in the city even after a week.
There's a cause someone has started on Change.org. Nothing might come out of it, atleast we should be expressing the issue.
