Not sure about that, they most probably go for refund. I have asked for resending the valid vouchers

I have raised a online consumer complaint today morning. Flipkart have started issuing refunds for the undelivered Swiggy vouchers, so no discounts.
They have called regarding Myntra vouchers and have given the screenshots.

Technically, Flipkart is the Market place, it's the Seller Vouchergram/Gyftr that are unable to honor the sale.
The related agency governing e-commerce industry should do a good job in terms of regulating the sellers who do a bait and switch tactics like this and waste our time for more than a week. I have experienced similar thing a week ago where FK couldn't deliver a shipment originating and terminating in the city even after a week.

There's a cause someone has started on Change.org. Nothing might come out of it, atleast we should be expressing the issue.

I didn't see these transactions as settled in my card, so most probably it's Flipkart that had messed up, not the Vouchergram/Gyftr as if they have taken the money, transaction would have settled

Flipkart has not yet refunded and closed the tickets and when questioned about it created a new ticket and changed the resolution date to next Wednesday.

I have even called Gytr. They are saying refund within 6-7 days like a parrot without knowing anything and it's Flipkart that had invalidated the vouchers. I have asked to give this in writing in email, CC disconnected the call. I got fed up and raised a chargeback.
