Axis Magnus Gift edge points not credited

So based on the social media information Axis has credited all pending gift edge accelerated points last week. However, I did not receive these points for my transactions between May to July. I talked to customer support and they are saying these points will be credited only after 120 days as per normal policy. Is anyone else also facing this? What can I do in this case.

Only the milestone 25k are being given before time rest 2x -5x points are going to take their usual 120 days time.

My bad just checked I have received accelerated awards as well, originally I thought it was limited to a certain date but it's actually almost all of them. So if you haven't received them might as well send them an email and hope someone responds
