hey, one of my friend forgot his Gmail password & recovery mail password too . how to recover? any suggestions?

If he has added backups as contacts, they can help recover the account back.

I have done it by adding mine to dad and mom's and vice versa

Yeah both email and contact number. Every two months or so you get a mail from Google to check if its still in use.

Nope, Getting Otp but still it's asking for verification ( Backup gmail ).
