Go to card after Magnus and Infinia

Given the Magnus devaluation and hard to get Infinia, I'm wondering what are some good options out there in the market for

1. travel related spends
2. online shopping
3. offline shopping
4. utility bill payments
5. govt payments

Preference would be to have one go to card for all, but even category based card would do too!
The card(s) should either be LTF or have equivalent joining/renewal benefits

I have mostly got mid range cards for me its vistara card for travel and gov spends , axis Airtel for utility , bob premier for upi and hdfc milenia for shopping
I have apay and amex smart earn as well can be useful for some offers
If you looking for something better
In premium categories for me it will be
Axis vistara infinite
Bob etarna
Sc ultimate
Amex platinum travel
Hdfc dcb
Axis atlas
And more i guess others can help

Offline shopping - Axis ACE / Tata Neu Infinity / Apay ICICI
Utility Bill Payments - Axis Airtel / Axis Ace (limited usage)/ Tata Neu Infinity
Government Spends - Axis ACE / SCB Smart /Tata Neu Infinity (No convenience fee) / Apay ICICI / IDFC Select (after 20000 initial spend)
