Going Crazy Tracking Reward Points. Help Me Make Sense Please

Got bonus reward points for January Transactions earlier this week (April) and it all makes sense now!!

So the query I posted earlier no longer valid but keeping the post so that others who are in dilemma can understand that we need patience with axis (upto 120 days from transaction) for the full reward points to be credited.

I got the Axis Magnus card sometime in December 2022. Initially was exited to try and get some extra value out of it and shifted my spends to Magnus from Infinia.

But after few months, I have kind of lost interest in it with the main reason being reward point tracking. Honestly it is a mess or atleast I find it difficult to track if bonus points are rewarded and if it is correct etc.

May I request the community please help me understand how many reward points I am missing from the following spends.

They've way better customer service than *anyone else* and has a decent reward rate.

Also, you can keep track of all your spends and reward points are credited instantly.

And instead of monthly milestones, amex has annual milestones -- so you can pair it up well with Magnus or Infinia - for whenever you aren't sure you're gonna meet the milestone!

This way you get points for hitting the milestone, AND REWARDS for when you are not gonna.

This link here gets free first year + bonus points + reduced yearly charges which can be waived off on high spends

lol, if he has Magnus already, then y he needs to apply AMEX, the calculation is a pain indeed but the rewards are unmatchable. Hope u will get a referral by some means though.

Actually, people do keep amex card with magnus - since magnus is good as long as you're hitting the milestone. Not everyone hits the milestone every month.
And others too - when they have already hit the milestone.

I am unable to connect which point credits are for which transaction.

Bro you have only received bonus points for the 15.12.2023 amazon gyftr.. 1x on 15.12.2022 and 2x bonus on 24.03.2023 which is proper as it takes upto 120 days to get the bonus points. Remaining all your points are the normal 1x points.

You should be getting the bonus points for January either by end of this month or in the next month for sure..

So don't worry its all on track!

I have set it up, problem is the haphazard posting of points by axs makes it difficult to track which points are for what. Atleast they should mention "for the purchase made on so and so date / for transaction ID" etc so we can track.

Just keep recording the transactions and the rewards you should receive against each transaction. Bonus points and milestone points are credit after a lag of 3 months. Trust the system and don't take tension.

HDFC credits the points within a few days. Axis will also graduate soon.
