Got a call/notification for Kotak White pre-approved offer, but not showing in the app or Whatsapp

I got a call from Kotak Bank Bangalore Branch (forgot location) as I had a pre-approved offer. Joining Fee was Nil and Annual Fee was Rs 499 + GST. Since I was going to Bangalore after a few days, I told her that I will take the card after that time, and that I will only opt for Unconditional LTF Card. No documentation would be required for this card.

She said that she will call me back, once I go to Bangalore. However, when I checked Kotak App via Keya, it says "No Pre-approved offer" and when I checked Whatsapp Banking, it said Only "personal Insurance".

I am not sure if that was legit. Should I opt for this card at that time?

Yes you can opt KOTAK doesn't have proper system for credit card. Even pre approved offer gets declined sometimes.

But Unconditional LTF isn't possible afaik.
You will get it FYF, you will just have to give your consent and the fees will be show during the consent.
After getting FYF you can later request to convert it LTF.

I am getting the option for Pre-approved Kotak White Credit Card, but while checking with Keya, she says no.

Is this some fake marketting, or is there really an offer from Kotak and their system has a problem?
