Yes - it also does grocery shopping, does your day to day chores and whatever you need in life.

I have tried updating my address.

I called them regarding the change and I was asked to fill a pdf available in their website and send a mail with proof of address and the pdf as attachments.
They kept telling me something or the other was wrong. (In one case they pointed out a mistake).
Finally they told me that my signature was not matching. At this point I gave up as the card had expired and I hadn't found it useful anyway.
