Not directly no. I did fastag recharge on paytm wallet through bbps / bhim app.

Jada ni hai 10rs kisi v chij ka ho skta hai upi v 2k se upr ka charge
Ask customer care they can easily tell you.

UPI 100% Free hai bhai customers k liye, chahiye Rs2000 k transaction karo ya 2 lakhs k.
Ho sakta hai itne saalo tak Visa/mastercard use karne k charges ho (just kidding jaise tumne bina soche samjhe bol diya UPI k charges same mai bhi bol diya visa/mastercard k charges). 😜😜

Koi charges nahi hai 2k k uppar shopkeeper ka bhi aur OP ne apne card pe charges ka bataya na ki koi merchant account ka.
Abhi testing mode me hai. Shopkeepers k liye bhi free hai CC link UPI se payment accept karna.
Shopkeeper/merchant ko future me option aayega CC link UPI enabled or disabled k liye. Phir ja kar MDR charges start hoga.
Usme bhi 99% Shopkeeper/merchant extra charge nahi lega customer se kyunki usse usi ka busines kharab hoga.

the charges is for only using ppi over upi. not for bank/cc upi

is this ur first month? have u settled all ur dues properly in previous months? i am just guessing this might be some interest fee.

Currently Free, no charges for merchants.
In future, MDR will apply same like visa/master/RuPay credit cards - 1.5% to 3% (depend on merchant categories).
Note - if you are merchant then your bank/payment gateway will contact you and inform you about this MDR charges, when this will implement.
Seriously just oh we are glad to reverse charges. Imagine they charged this to 10 lakh customers and even if 10% never checked they made cool free money.
I just wish we can start suing companies in India soon. They are just doing whatever they want without any significant penalties.
