Got charged for longue access on Magnus!

Got charged for 4 longue visits on 27th June (amounting to 8k) while I was back home (not at the airport, last time I used it was a month and 10 days before 27th June). I use an Axis Magnus card which provides me free international longue visits and free domestic longue visits. As of 2023, I've used it 4 times on International longue (2 trips) and twice for a guest.

As far as I know, card gives you free domestic lounge. For free international lounge, you need to use PP.

It usually would be reversed. It will be posted and reversed on priority pass. Even the visits of mine done in June was charged and reversed yesterday.
