Got Suspicious Activity Email From RBL!

TF Buzz
Hey, just got a call from a number I didn't pick, a few minutes later got this email from RBL, but I am not sure if it's genuine. BTW, I have done no transactions in the past month, so there is no chance of any kind of activity from my end!

Truecaller has mixed reviews on that number. Has anyone else got this in the past?

BTW, I checked the card in the app, no blocking showing, not sure if that's done in the backend, or if this is a fraud email?

The email ID is: ccfraudcontrol@rblbank.com, They put xclusive-prime@rblbank.com under CC

The email doesn't look like it was professionally written, though. They have made sentence breaks at places where they are not needed. Also, only 2 digits of the card number are mentioned instead of 4. Is this a fraud email? What should be the ideal next step?
