Hi. My wife has an Indian overseas Bank account. She's been using Gpay for a long time now using 6 digit UPI pin which is the same for her across all UPI apps for that bank account. Last month uninstalled and reinstalled app because CIBIL score was not getting refreshed. Since then having the following issue,
When trying to make a transaction, the app prompts to enter a 4 digit UPI pin, even though her pin is 6 digits. If i try to reset the pin, I'm able to reset it as 6 digits only. Have tried the following without any solution
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Gpay
2. Deleted UPI IDs (@okaxis etc) and created again
3. Reset pin/Change pin (Both leads to 6 digit UPI pin)
4. Unlinked IOB account and linked again
5. Called customer care. They asked to deleted okaxis id, but didn't help. Then they said they'll send an email and that i have to reply with screenshots, but gpay not allowing screenshots, nor did i get any email. So lost hope.
6. Googling didn't help as well
Working fine in Paytm. Only Gpay has this issue.
