Axis Magnus Grabdeal transaction was not captured

Hi All, I did a transaction on IGP.com via graddeal. Followed all the steps correctly.

Still "Premium.Experience@axisbank.com" responded that transaction was not captured.

Is there anything we can do to get the points?

Just escalate further if you followed the steps correctly and the session did not end due to inactivity.
Even after escalation you would be asked to wait for 120 days. But atleast you would have a ticket to refer to after the wait.

Did you do a screen recording of the process?

Grabdeals is a complete hit or miss. My first ever grabdeals on marks and spencer was not captured according to premium experience but I still received bonus points last month.

If we capture screen recording do they consider this as proof, even when vendor says that they didn't capture the transaction due to whatever reason?
