I recently purchased some bigbasket coupons from grabdeals , but haven’t received it yet, any idea how much time it takes to process the request to deliver the coupons via email or sms, I was under the assumption that it should be instantaneous.

For anyone facing similar issue, issue was sorted once i raised a complaint within 3 days.

As per support , the coupon transaction failed from bigbasket end and they provided new coupons after 3 days.

Wasn’t aware about gyftr via axis, always assumed it was only for hdfc.

Any specific advantages of gyftr over grabdeals ??
