Hello friends, friends I took PAPL from SBI Yono last year for 2 years. Every month on the tenth, Rs. 2450 is deducted as the monthly EMI. As required by autodebit, EMI was successfully deducted from my savings account this month as well. In spite of everything, I received this email message yesterday as given subject line. I was curious. What's the matter?

Happened to me once on my home loan. Nothing to worry but just confirm with the bank. In my case I just called RACPC where my loan was processed and they told me to ignore the message. Got their confirmation on email as well.

I too have the same for sept 2025 and got the sms on 30th sep for a charge of 1500.
I have raised it with the bank manager and she said she'll look into it on Friday as Wed and Thrs are festive and national holidays.
Never ever missed one emi or have made any prepayments. Description for my charge is "prepayment penalty".
Might be a system issue and it might get reversed.
