Guyz Help Needed for Missed Payment in Bank of Baroda Credit Card?

Hi guys, I recently came across my cibil report that I missed my credit card payment.I'm holding 2 cc in Bob premier and HPCL cc , the reason I missed the payment. I paid extra on my Bob hpcl card while I check it show outstanding amount as negative.So I thought I don't need to pay anything after a week, I checked my bob transaction they charged me the penalty 😞.I asked them to reverse it they reversed the payment, but in cibil it's reflected as missed payment so is there anything that I can do it kindly help me with this issue
