GV on Woohoo charged as cash withdrawal

Hi, I recently purchased a Myntra GV on Woohoo and paid using my Axis Bank CC. I was getting a discount of 5% and I paid 1900 for a GV of 2000.

To my surprise, the amount was charged as a cash withdrawal, and I got to know about it via the email I received from Axis. The payment was through the Paytm PG portal. This is absolutely strange! No where have I seen payment being done on CC and being charged as cash withdrawal for buying a GV!

As far as I know, cash withdrawal has charges, and I wouldn't have bought it through this platform if I knew. Is there any way to reverse it?
Or I have to pay something like 590+ on this transaction on statement generation?? Any way to avoid that?

Email nodal officer with screenshots and category of trxn. If they don't resolve within 30 days, escalate further to RBI BO. U will get all charges reversed as well compensation maybe.
