Hello wanted a few clarification

I need to make Hotel booking of Rs 70,000/-

If we purchase gyftr hotel via magnus make my trip voucher of Rs 5000/- x 14 and make seperate bookings on make my trip portal? We can use max 3 per hotel booking so if I make booking in 4-5 lots will I be eligible for 10 x rewards and will be gift voucher be used?

Will I be eligible for 10 x rewards?

Is there a limit of the gyftr make my trip voucher can I purchase? My card was issued in March 2023.

Not able to find the same hotel on travel edge site, points there are 5 x

Eg Rs 70,000 gives 4200 points, making it 42,000 points?

Yes, you can make seperate bookings. MMT allows 3 vouchers per booking, so thats a max of 15k.

Also, MMT vouchers can be used partially as well. Eg: Say your first booking was for 12k, then u can use two 5k vouchers in full and only 2k from the third 5k voucher. There will be 3k balance in the third voucher which can be used for your next booking. MMT vouchers are very flexible this way.

There is no limit for MMT vouchers that you can buy on Gyftr. You will be eligible for 10x as well.

These are the cancellation and refund terms of MMT Hotel vouchers thru Gyftr -
In case of cancellation of bookings made using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.
Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
In case of cancellations where the gift card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift card.

Yeah, as per your example of Rs 45,000, you can use 9 MMT Hotel GVs of Rs 5,000 each to make 3 separate bookings of Rs 15,000 each (using 3 GVs per booking).

Regarding the Refund policy, read these points mentioned on the T&C page:

5.In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
14.In case of cancellation of bookings made using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.

Yes that's correct. You will get 1x within a few days. The remaining 9x will come in 90-120 days.

I have done such bookings multiple times in different countries. Never had any problem 😊

One time, I had 5 bookings of 1 night each 😅

Apart from what others have said, please note that MMT will likely jack up the prices of the room. That's how their algorithm works.

I thought the milestone takes 90 days to come, this 10 x should come sooner?

I think it's already been explained above that each voucher can be used for multiple bookings until the entire balance is used. So, even though I used 2 vouchers of 5k to the max and 3rd one for the value of 4k, the remaining balance of Rs 1k can be used for the next booking as long as the voucher doesn't expire.
