Gyftr voucher not delivered, even refund is not initiated

Today I purchased MMT gift card on Gyftr. The amount was debited but I didn't receive the voucher. I even cannot see my orders but I have to book the hotel asap. I requested them to initiate refund but there's no response from them. What to do? They are saying an order cannot be cancelled.

Are you sure that correct email and phone was entered while placing the order? Also sometimes it takes upto 2 days to be delivered so you can wait.

If the voucher isn't delivered, start a chargeback with amex, either Gyftr will approve chargeback or give the coupon code in reply to chargeback.

Yes, the details are correct.

I haven't used amex for the order. I used UPI. How can I initiate chargeback with Axis.
