Gyftr Weird Behavior wrt voucher purchases

Hi Folks

I have been using gyftr from quite a long time, using it with my Infinia (add on card) to purchase vouchers.
Everything has worked fine till 12th Jan 2025, when I bough pantaloons voucher worth 3k INR.

However subsequent orders are failing even without going to the credit card details page. No matter which voucher I select, as soon as I click on Buy, it tries to redirect to pay.gyftr.com but nothing loads and it redirects back saying order XXXX-YYYY has failed, please try again later.

Anyone experienced the same? The customer support just says to wait 48-72 hours and not try within that time frame.

Thanks payzapp seems to be working fine. I was able to buy the amazon shopping voucher. Will see if website works after 2-3 days.
