Happay Food Card usage options

Hey folks,
I have a food card from Happay (hdfc).
Need to utilize the pending balance as I don't have a lot of restaurant/online food/supermarket spends at the moment.

I am okay with parking the money in paytm/amazon pay/mobikwik.
I tried loading paytm and mobikwik from zomato, didn't work.
Swiggy wallet is temporarily disabled for adding money. (Didn't try zomato money yet)


Any other suggestions how I can transfer the pending amount to some wallet?

Unfortunately you will have to spend only at restaurant/online food/supermarket spends.

Well, you can use
- BigBasket: If not you, then your parents/siblings can use
- Load BB Wallet for your friend and ask them for UPI.
- If your friend uses Swiggy/Zomato, you take the money from them and pay using card.

Did you try at amazon fresh and flipkart grocery?
Also try at reliance fresh

Earlier it used to work for me also I had loaded wallet earlier......but today it's not working for either wallet load or directly, seems they did some changes

I am seeing the same error since 16th December 2023. I have been using Happy card on Zomato, BB, and Blinkit for more than a year.
Does anyone know what's going on?

I contacted the customer care they said they disabled all online transaction offline working fine, they don't know any timelines when it resumes
