Has anyone filed a complaint in consumer forum/court for any product? Would like to know the process. I am lost by the results from Google.

Visit a lawyer, he/she will help you to file case offline or you can also file online (e-jagriti), but for that you need to prepare documents and need to visit local court affidavit... so better get help from a lawyer.

Paying lawyer fees and running around courts? Does the Govt want people to ask themselves "Is it even worth it?"
Is e-jagriti same as INGRAM https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ ?

E-jagriti is different, you can actually file case

So INGRAM is just an online portal where you report your issue and then they forward the issue to the email/physical address provided in the complaint and then you just pray that the company responds.
Whereas in e-jagriti an actual court case is filed and the company is served a court notice and they are forced to respond/defend.
Is this correct?
