Hathway payment monthly

I paid Rs 3009 for 3 months towards 300 mbps connection in hathway. Now the renewal is pending and it is showing Rs 3009 for 3 months. Can I renew for every month and there is no provision for paying monthly. I want to pay monthly. Any help

Contact support and request them to charge monthly billing. It will be done.

Why not switch to JIO fiber instead ? Any specific benefits?

In bot, I went to billing- change my plan - change pay term. After change pay term, no further response
