HDFC 5X rewards not credited.

Hi Folks,

i did shopping in Reliance Digital using HDFC regelia gold, expecting to recieve 5x rewards points. I didnt get 5X reward points, i mailed hdfc customer, they are telling reliance retail store transaction is not eligible for the 5x reward points benefit.



What should I do, hdfc official website says "5X Reward Points is applicable on spends at select merchants – Myntra, Nykaa, Reliance Digital, Marks & Spencers."

HDFC have a mix of trash customer executives. 90% are half-knowledged and just copy paste.
