HDFC ACCOR Urgent Help

Hello,

I tried transferring my Hdfc DCB 13k reward points to Accor yesterday. On the otp screen, I entered the otp and clicked submit but the page got stuck.
Points got deducted and no intimation of any sort were sent to me.
Today, received below sms from hdfc :

Dear Customer, 13000 Points for Voucher code ########### has been reversed back to your voucher. Please check your voucher balance. You can use this voucher till 2024-08-26 23:59:59. Do not share the voucher code with anyone for security reasons.

On checking the smartbuy, points are shown as zero but in voucher management I am seeing one voucher valid till 26th August,2018.

Please help me understand this.
I want to get these points back in my account so that i can transfer to accor.

You can use the voucher code sent on sms on mile transfer page of smartbuy, there is an option, I had the similar issue last night

so the voucher code will give 100% points which we transferred earlier?

Yes, you have to enter voucher details and points details manually again like originally and instead of otp it will be deducted from voucher.

Yes, this is correct. HDFC generates a voucher for every transfer. If the transfer fails then use that voucher details on transfer page

No non redeemable points u can’t u can use them only after ur next bill is generated

Yes you will get bonus points if done transfer before 11:59 tonight
