HDFC Archived my CC Application

So I already have Moneyback+ cc, Savings Max Account and 1 Lakh+ FD relationships with HDFC Bank.

In swiggy app received the LTF offer and applied for that. While Swiggy app showed application rejected, HDFC confirmed that it is not rejected and in process.

However, later my application reference number stopped tracking and HDFC replied that it has been archived and I have to reapply a fresh application physically through any branch. They are not saying that it is rejected.

I escalated it and currently at Grievance Redressal but they are also narrating the same thing, not even telling why it was archived.

Escalated to RBI Ombudsman and they still repeating same thing. I used to like HDFC but now I will be a nightmare for them until they fix this.
