Recently HDFC Bank capped my maximum online spends limit for Platinum DC to Rs. 20,000 without informing. ATM & POS maximum transaction limit has been unchanged at Rs. 6 lakh.
I clearly remember making a bill payment of Rs. 30,000 last month using Debit Card so it has definitely happened recently.
Customer care told me that it's the first time they're hearing something like this and told me to drop an email. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What can be done?
