HDFC Bank IRCTC card as Floater Request - Discussion

I own HDFC bizgrow and UPI Rupay Biz cards.I have emailed to HDFC regarding my interest on irctc card. One of their executive have called me and says you already owning owning two cards in such case we cannot offer this one. Is this normal one? I have limit if 95k

If not able to apply online, have to fill form at branch, through card guy. Regular branch guys know nothing, even card guys are blank sometimes. If everyone at branch gives up, try another branch.

I saw one of my local branch credit card person's screenshot where he mentioned irctc card as LTF..

I applied via credit card team in nearby branch. So go to the branch ask for floater application form for irctc card and sending that form should work.
I need to look at the recent changes of confirmtkt as I haven't booked ticket for a few months.

tired of explaining and coaxing agents from 5 branches near me, to let me fill and submit a floater request form for the IRCTC card. No one is willing or able to even understand what is a floater of that I can have more than 1 floater card.

Is it possible that I send a scanned and filled copy of the Floater card form mentioning the card I want, directly, through email? Will it be considered?
If not, its a humble request to DM the name of the agent at your branch, who helped you in submitting the floater card request.
